Terms of Service

1. Who can use the service

You must be an adult where you live (and at least 18) and you need a Google account to buy a video.

2. Your photos

• Only upload photos of yourself or of an adult who gave you permission. See the Content Policy.
• You keep the rights you already hold in your photos. We use them only to make the video you bought.
• Uploaded photos are deleted automatically after a limited period, or sooner on request.

3. The generated video

• The result is AI-generated and may not look exactly like your photo.
• The video is silent and does not include the song. If you add music on TikTok or another platform, use its official sound library.
• You may use your video for personal use on social media. Do not present it as real footage or use it to mislead, harass or defame anyone.

4. Price, payment and delivery

• Each video costs $9.99 USD as a one-time payment: 10 seconds, 720p, vertical 9:16. It is not a subscription and there are no credits or packs.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• After payment we email the video to your account address within 24 hours. The download link is valid for 7 days.

5. Failures and refunds

If generation fails, we retry it automatically once. If it fails again, your payment is refunded in full. Details are in the Refund Policy.

6. Music, meme and third-party rights

Dime Dime Baby AI is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with the artists or record label behind "BbY WOW", or with the creator of the original meme clip. We do not host or distribute the original recording or the original clip.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous three months.

We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the Content Policy.
